Your Privacy

At Adrenaline Leisure Ltd (hereto referred to as Adrenaline) we respect your privacy, and your right to keep your personal information personal. Our business is not founded, nor relies upon, the use of your personal data, nor do we sell, trade or rent your information to any third parties for marketing, or any other purpose. We may share, on a limited basis, some parts of your information in order to provide services to you with regards to your booking. This document outlines what data we collect and store, and for what purposes we use this information and where and why we share this information. Any information held by us is kept within the United Kingdom.

Collection and Usage of Personal Information

Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, title, phone number, shoe size, email address, or mailing address. In general, you can browse our web site without giving us any personal information, however should you choose to make a booking through our online service, we do collect personal information pertinent to securing your booking.

We do not collect any more personal information about you than is necessary to the offering of our products; when booking this information includes your name, address (used strictly for billing purposes), contact information (including email address and phone number); when participating in one of our events we may also ask for your date of birth to confirm your eligibility. We also do not tie any personal information with browsing history, information or purchasing.

All information gathered as part of our booking process (either online, or via telephone) is stored on secure servers within the UK. All information is communicated via encrypted connection. This information is retained indefinitely to allow you to make future bookings with us, but can be removed from our database after your event date at your request. Participation agreement data is stored in accordance with our insurance requirements, and is not digitised in any way. This information is securely destroyed after the retainment period required by our insurers.

No information gathered during either booking or participation is used for marketing in anyway.

Cookies

Our main website does not gather cookies in any way, however we do use session cookies to track your online booking session. These cookies are destroyed once you close your internet browser.

Third Party Access to Data

We do not sell, trade, share or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do share your email address with our email provider, mailgun, in order to provide transactional receipts for your booking, and reminder emails relating to your booking. Your mobile phone number is shared on an ad hoc basis with our SMS provider (textlocal) in order to provide transactional SMS messages relating to your booking such as confirmations and reminders. In both cases this data is not tied to any other personal information (such as name, address, date of birth) nor is it used for marketing purposes.

Payments

When making a booking, we require full or partial payment to secure your places; processing this payment requires us to share your personal information with our payment providers - Stripe when making a booking online, PaymentSense when making a booking over the telephone. In both cases your information is sent directly to the payment provider and is not stored on our servers in any way. We retain no record of the following informaiton: credit card number, start date, expiry date, registered card address (unless provided as your address when booking), CV2 number or cardholder name.

Our web site contains links to information on other web sites. On web sites we do not control, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting those sites. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you'll need to check that site's privacy statement.

Updating/Removing Your Personal Information

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that they not provide Personal Data through the Services.
